Hayama Group opened its first hotel in 1974. Owned and operated by
the Doi family, Hayama Group Hotels now encorporates 26 hotels
throughout the Japanese country-side. Specializing in creating and

Where We're Going: Hayama USA, LLC.
Dedicated to refreshment and entertainment, Hayama USA, LLC was
formed as the American arm of Hayama Group Hotels, INC. To bring
the authentic creativity and ingenuity of Japanese Cuisine to
Americans, the WASABI Japanese Steak and Sushi concept was put into
place. Construction is underway for opening in early 2006.

Managing Partners have over 30 years experience in Sushi
restaurantuerism and over 30 years experience in Steakhouse
operations. Staffed and managed with the most experienced Teppan-yaki
and Sushi chefs, WASABI Japanese Steak and Sushi aims to deliver
